Prof. Yasmina JAIDI

Yasmina Jaidi is a co-founder of Aden Executives.

Throughout her professional life, she has developed an extensive experience in designing and managing company specific programs for top executives and high flyers. In the last years, she has been working with AMF, Areva, Attijari Wafabank, Cartier, Chanel, Groupama, Groupe Caisse des Dépôts, Société Générale, Otis, and Renault.

As an academic Director, Yasmina works hand in hand with the corporate program managers and/ or the heads of corporate universities on programs relating to change management, leadership development or strategic Human Resources Management (HRM). She helps them achieve their business and HR objectives while ensuring the content’s coherence of the program: choice of the speakers from a wide international network of experts, consultants and faculty; alignment with the business strategy. When she contributes as a speaker, Yasmina brings her own expertise in the HR field and/ or in leadership and team management.

As a researcher, Yasmina’s interest is human resource management (HRM) and leadership. More specifically, her research deals with topics such as talent attraction, recruitment, organizational entry and team management in turbulent times.

Yasmina also works today as the academic co-Director of the International Human Resources Management Master’s degree of CIFFOP at Sorbonne University/ Panthéon-Assas. At CIFFOP she builds and manages an international network of faculty (academic experts and guest speakers). She provides academic leadership, ensures the design of the program and teaches specific modules such as Organizational Behavior, Recruitment and Top Team Management.

Before joining the faculty of Sorbonne University, Yasmina was a visiting scholar at Erasmus University of Rotterdam (The Netherlands). She also worked as a company specific programs project manager in the Executive Education department of ESCP Europe where she was the key contact point between large companies and the school to design specific programs meant for top executives. As such, she implemented European and international programs involving the campuses of ESCP Europe (Berlin, Torino, Madrid, London) and major business schools (INSEAD, HKUST, University of Singapore…).

Prior to this experience, she developed an extensive consultancy expertise while working for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and KPMG Consulting in Paris in their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Change Management business lines.

Yasmina graduated from HEC Paris (Majored in Business Consulting and Human Resources Management). She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from Sorbonne University/ Panthéon Assas (with honors).

Her PhD dissertation was awarded several research prizes: FNEGE research prize (French Foundation for Management Education); the Aguirre-Basualdo award from the Chancellerie of the Universities of Paris– La Sorbonne.

Based in Paris (France) and Düsseldorf (Germany), she can speak French, German, English, Moroccan Arabic and basics of Spanish.
