Sabine is an inspiring and successful business coach and a recognized expert in collective creative intelligence, leading edge management and transcultural executive coaching. She intervenes in three languages for her client base, which extends throughout Europe and includes CAC 40 and Fortune 500 companies. She created Philena, her own coaching and consulting company, dedicated to developing multicultural organizations, teams and international executives by strengthening their capacity to creating significant breakthroughs and succeeding collectively.

Sabine is co-founder of the innovative concept of “Brief Organizational Coaching” to help teams of leaders generate vital a transformation through collective performance. Together with experts in their field, she recently co-created Unique-Labs, an innovative approach of collective coaching, dedicated to a generation of leaders who want to lead their organization in times of uncertainty and to create new solutions to real business challenges in real time.

Sabine has PhD in law, is a former practicing attorney and has a prior business experiences as Legal Director and Director for Top Executives and Diversity in a world-wide acting automobile company. She is a Master Certified Coach ICF, the French partner of the European Institute for Managing Diversity, based in Barcelona and she is active member of the movement of Art and Business.
Sabine co-created the 2007 International ICF Conference (Long Beach) and the 2010 European ICF Conference in Paris. She actively contributes to the European Movement “Art and Business” and participates in different leaning networks where she explores the fields of collective intelligence, creative leading and masterful dialogue.

Sabine is a featured speaker, dynamic facilitator of large group interventions and appreciated seminar trainer for various European Business and Coaching Schools.

She is co-author of the book “Coaching d’organisation” (2nd edition, Paris, May 2012) and author of the article “Re-genesis of collective intelligence, our genuine capacity to think, learn and create together”, Routledge Guide for Coaching, autumn 2009.
