Sonia Styger

Sonia is a Project Manager for Aden Executives with extensive knowledge and experience in tailored-made training programs. She is passionate about supporting people and businesses to successfully set and meet their objectives and has managed various executive education projects on a global scale from design to delivery phases.

Sonia has worked as part of the Executive Education team of European business schools such as ESCP-EAP and ESSEC, where she was responsible for tailored-made Executive Training programs for major international corporations such as Sanofi-Aventis , Carrefour, Auchan, Bourjois-Chanel, Clarins, PPR, KPMG, Accor, Société Générale, Air Liquide, Clarins, etc.

Nearly a decade of rich consulting experience with BearingPoint Management and Technology Consultants and with KPMG Consulting have provided her with solid knowledge of Change Management and Organisational Management methodologies. Her missions have focused on Human resources, change management, as well as skills and training issues for major international corporations.

As an expert, Sonia specializes in executive team coaching and organizational coaching and has led various workshops for diverse groups. Sonia has trained as a Professional Coach with International Mozaïk Paris and is a member of the International Coaching Federation

Sonia holds an MBA from HEC PARIS and has completed further training at UCLA, Anderson School of Management. She is also a trained lawyer from the University of Strasbourg, France where she obtained a DJCE in Business & Fiscal Law, a DESS in Business Law, and a Maîtrise in Business Law (JD, and Masters of Law equivalents.) Sonia graduated magna cum laude.

Her language capabilities include English, French, Spanish and basic German.
